Terms of Service
Please review these terms carefully before using PattaCloud services, products, websites, and related infrastructure.
These Terms of Service establish the general conditions governing the purchase and use of PattaCloud VPS hosting and related services. By placing an order or using a PattaCloud service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the PattaCloud website, placing an order, or using any PattaCloud service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and any applicable policies referenced by them.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase or use PattaCloud services.
Services
PattaCloud provides VPS hosting and related digital infrastructure services. Specific resources and features vary by product and are described on the applicable product page.
Service availability, specifications, operating system options, network features, storage, bandwidth, and other resources may vary between VPS plans.
Account Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order and for keeping account-related information reasonably current.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and should not knowingly provide access to unauthorized individuals.
Orders and Service Provisioning
An order is subject to successful processing and service provisioning. A payment confirmation does not necessarily mean that a service has already been provisioned.
VPS configuration details and access information are delivered electronically after the applicable service has been provisioned.
Acceptable Use
PattaCloud services must be used lawfully and responsibly. Customers are responsible for all activity performed through their VPS environment.
- Illegal activity or unlawful content.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive activity.
- Unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts.
- Distribution of malware or malicious software.
- Activities intended to disrupt or damage infrastructure.
- Abuse of network resources or deliberate service disruption.
Server Administration
VPS customers are generally responsible for managing the operating system, installed applications, software configuration, security settings, user accounts, and data stored within their server environment.
Customers should maintain appropriate security practices, software updates, backups, and access controls for their workloads.
Resource Usage
Customers must use VPS resources in a reasonable manner consistent with the selected service configuration and these Terms of Service.
Activities that materially interfere with infrastructure, network stability, or other services may be reviewed and may result in corrective action where necessary.
Security
Customers are responsible for securing applications and services deployed on their VPS. This includes maintaining appropriate authentication, firewall configuration, software updates, and access controls.
Customers should promptly investigate suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or compromised credentials.
Backups and Data
Unless a specific backup service is expressly included with a purchased product, customers should maintain their own independent backups of important data.
Customers remain responsible for the integrity, security, and recoverability of data stored or processed through their VPS.
Payments and Renewals
Customers are responsible for paying applicable service charges according to the pricing and billing terms displayed during the ordering process.
Renewal pricing and service periods are subject to the applicable product and billing configuration. Customers should review their order and renewal information before continuing a service.
Suspension or Termination
PattaCloud may restrict, suspend, or terminate a service where reasonably necessary due to violations of these Terms of Service, unlawful activity, security risks, abuse, non-payment, or other circumstances that materially affect service operation.
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, customers may be notified regarding service restrictions or required corrective action.
Intellectual Property
PattaCloud branding, website content, design elements, software, documentation, and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated.
Customers retain ownership of their own lawful content and data, subject to the rights necessary to provide the purchased services.
Third-Party Software
VPS environments may include or support third-party operating systems, applications, control panels, libraries, or other software.
Customers are responsible for complying with the applicable licenses and terms governing third-party software they install or use.
Service Availability
PattaCloud aims to provide reliable infrastructure and service access, but no hosting environment can guarantee uninterrupted availability under every circumstance.
Maintenance, infrastructure events, network conditions, security incidents, software issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect service availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PattaCloud is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use or inability to use a service.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and operational safeguards for their own applications and data.
Changes to Services or Terms
PattaCloud may modify services, product configurations, pricing, documentation, or these Terms of Service when necessary.
Continued use of the applicable services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing the relevant service relationship.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
