Use Infrastructure Responsibly

PattaCloud provides VPS infrastructure for legitimate websites, applications, businesses, development projects, and online services. This policy defines the activities permitted on our infrastructure and the activities that are not allowed.

Acceptable Use

Customers may use PattaCloud services for legitimate purposes that comply with applicable laws, service terms, and reasonable network and security practices.

  • Websites and web applications
  • Business applications
  • Development and testing
  • Databases and APIs
  • Legitimate online services
  • Personal or commercial projects

Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of PattaCloud services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

PattaCloud services must not be used to facilitate unlawful activity or knowingly violate the rights of others.

Prohibited Network Activity

Customers must not use PattaCloud infrastructure to intentionally disrupt or interfere with networks, systems, servers, or services operated by others.

  • DDoS or denial-of-service attacks
  • Network flooding
  • Traffic amplification
  • Intentional service disruption
  • Unauthorized network interference

Unauthorized Access

Accessing systems, accounts, networks, applications, or data without appropriate authorization is prohibited.

  • Data access without permission

Security Testing

Security research and testing are permitted only when the customer has authorization to test the relevant systems and resources.

Customers must not use PattaCloud infrastructure to conduct unauthorized vulnerability scanning, exploitation, or reconnaissance against third parties.

Malware & Malicious Software

Hosting, distributing, deploying, or operating malware or software intentionally designed to compromise systems or users is prohibited.

  • Botnet infrastructure

  • Other malicious software

Spam & Phishing

PattaCloud services must not be used for unsolicited bulk communication, phishing, deceptive email campaigns, or activities designed to harvest personal information.

Fraud & Deception

Fraudulent or deceptive activity conducted through PattaCloud infrastructure is not permitted.

  • Payment fraud

  • Fraudulent transactions

Resource Usage

Customers must operate their VPS in a manner that does not intentionally create harmful or unreasonable impact on PattaCloud infrastructure or other customers.

PattaCloud may investigate unusual traffic, resource usage, or activity that presents a material operational or security risk.

Content Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for the content, applications, files, data, and services operated through their VPS.

Customers should maintain appropriate security controls, access restrictions, backups, and software updates for their own services.

Compromised Services

If a VPS becomes compromised or is associated with abusive activity, PattaCloud may take reasonable steps to protect its infrastructure, network, customers, and affected third parties.

  • Service termination where necessary

Policy Enforcement

PattaCloud may investigate suspected violations and take action based on the nature, severity, and potential impact of the activity.

  • Requesting corrective action
  • Restricting affected activity
  • Suspending services
  • Terminating services involved in serious violations
  • Taking additional protective measures when required
Immediate action may be taken without prior notice when reasonably necessary to prevent ongoing abuse, security risks, network disruption, or other significant harm.

Customer Responsibility

By using PattaCloud services, customers acknowledge that they are responsible for their VPS, accounts, credentials, applications, data, and activities conducted through their infrastructure.

Customers should promptly investigate and address security incidents, unauthorized access, compromised software, or other activity that could result in abuse.
